Resource Services

The Resource Services handle all operations related to legal resources:

* **Document Collection Service** - Downloads documents from EU Cellar
* **Document Metadata Service** - SPARQL-based document discovery, metadata enrichment, and CELEX metadata extraction (year, ELI, act type)
* **Document Parsing Service** - Parses and extracts content from documents
* **Legal Resource Service** - CRUD for legal resources
* **Provision Service** - CRUD for legal provisions
* **Classification Service** - CRUD for legal provision classifications
* **Analysis Service** - CRUD for analyses of legal provisions
* **Statement Service** - Generates statement exports from provisions
* **Category Service** - CRUD for categories
